The repeatability accuracy of the forming position can reach ±0.5mm, ensuring consistency in carton forming.

Supports stepless speed adjustment of 5–15 boxes/minute to adapt to different production rhythms.

Intelligent Specification Switching

One-Key Switching Mode: Pre-set multiple groups of carton specification parameters (L220–600×W160–400×H150–400mm) via the touchscreen, and simply recall the corresponding parameters when switching.

Manual Auxiliary Adjustment: Hopper width, blocking mechanism, and discharge guide rails require synchronous manual adjustment (supports customization of fully servo-automatic adjustment models).

Data Pre-Storage System: All carton dimension parameters can be pre-stored in the control system before, enabling quick calling.

Flexible Adaptability

The High Speed Carton Erector can handle cartons of different thicknesses and stiffnesses (such as cardboard, corrugated paper, and specially coated cartons).

The storage mechanism has a capacity of approximately 50 cartons (depending on carton thickness) and supports mid-production replenishment.
